Diona provides support services to our customers who have purchased support as part of their Diona Solution. These services include:
Submit and track issues
Customers will nominate a number of users who will be the primary contact points for all communication between the Customer and Diona Support. These users will be given access to the Diona Support Ticketing system where they will be able to raise issues and track those issues and communicate directly with the Diona Support team.
Diona continually improves and enhances its solution set. These upgrades will be made available to all Customers who have purchased the Support option once they are available.
New version protection
Version protection is a guarantee that Customers who purchased Diona Solutions will be able to easily upgrade to the latest version of the software as it is released, thus protecting and building on their investment in Diona Solutions.
